1-Arm Overhead Squats (KB)
10 Reps for Max Weight each arm
Waiter Walks (KB)
Max Weight for 100 Feet both arms
Death By Ladder: 2 Movements
1-2-3-4….
Front Squat (135/85)
Push Ups
RULES: Must complete both movements within the minute.

WOD: 10 rounds + 7 push-ups
7 rounds + 2 pushups at 70#. So slow at front squats!
7 rds + 8 FS @ 105#

8 + 7 push ups as rxd
Finished the whole round of 9 right as it turned into 10 @ 75lbs. My goal was 10rds…almost. Tried to do the ladder back down as people were still going and realized that was crazy so did the sets of 3 until Mr. Frye finished.
11 rounds + 7 front squats
Finished 8 rounds + 5 FS at 75#. I did real push-ups!

My right knee has been acting out lately so I went with relative intensity on the front squat weight today.
I really enjoyed class today this was my second time. I made it to five rounds but I think I did not get to finish all of my push ups in time. Then I had to go back to doing threes while taking breaks in between.
