Goal Seminar Series

Many have asked so we have answered. Are you confused with what you are trying to achieve in life? There’s so many things going on that you just can’t seem to wrap your mind around it all. Well join us the next two Thursdays and gain some clarity. Coach Shannon and Peter will take you through a S.M.A.R.T Goal session to help you organize what is important to you in life. Family, Friends, Career, Health, and Fitness… how can you manage them all. It all starts with setting goals!

Then join us next Thursday to dive even deeper into your own personal CrossFit Goals. Help yourself answer the question… WHY DO I CROSSFIT? Do you want to compete competitively? Do you want to set some new PRs? Do you want to add muscle? or Lose Weight? Now’s the time to figure it out!

Part 2 -Thursday, March 7th @6pm – CrossFit Goals
- Why do you do CrossFit? 1RM Backsquat? 1 Deadhand Pullup? To run a faster 5K? To lose 10 pounds? To look better naked?

NOTE: You DO NOT have to be in attendance for Part 1 to come to Part 2.

    *HSPU 2 rounds with 10# plate and ab mat, then the rest with ab mat only when my plate got taken away…

    AWESOME JOB Jena on the HSPU!! Ab mat only is tough!
