Worked out in greenwood at IXF.
Cindy 18 rds + 8 push ups
Karen, Eileen, Nick and I got 1 round plus 71 Push-ups. Great group!
Great team WOD today and great work from Chase and Yogi:)
Afterwards, I got 2 kipping HSPU with just an ABMAT. I’m pretty excited and wanted to share:). Happy weekend, CFNT!
